I thought the insulated cover is supposed to be weather-resistant; why do I need SpaTopper?

Despite claims to the contrary, Insulated Spa Covers do not hold up well when sitting out in the elements. The fact is, the sun causes fading and cracking. SpaTopper^® is made of a material which DOES hold up well to the elements, providing a protective barrier that shades your Spa Cover and eliminates this costly damage.


Okay, but what about the cabinet panels? They won't be damaged, will they?

The sun damages all species of wood, quickly turning an attractive Spa into a cracking, splintering eyesore. Damage due to weather is either not mentioned in your Warranty at all or is specifically excluded. SpaTopper^®'s patent-pending fold-down side panels protect your cabinet panels from this expensive damage.


But my Spa has those new Polymer cabinet panels - they won't be damaged will they?

Polymer cabinet panels have their own set of problems - they may not crack or splinter, but they will warp and become discolored. Again, damage due to weather is either not mentioned in your Warranty at all or is specifically excluded. This is why SpaTopper^® was invented in the first place - we couldn't find a good protective product for our own spa, so we designed it. Now SpaTopper^® is available to you!


Fine, but when I want to use my Spa I want to just open it and get in - how hard is SpaTopper^® to take off and put back on?

It's easy! It takes about one minute to put on or take off SpaTopper^® (we've timed it). Let's face it - you use your Spa for about 10-20 minutes per day; the rest of the time your Spa is sitting out in the sun getting damaged by the elements. Isn't it worth 2 minutes per day to preserve the appearance and value of your investment?


What is SpaTopper^® made of?

SpaTopper^® is made of a durable polyester reinforced fabric that is manufactured specifically for Pool and Spa covers. It is rip-resistant, mildew-resistant, waterproof and can easily be washed with ordinary soap and water.

Okay, but is it durable?

SpaTopper^® has successfully undergone over two years of field testing in the hot, harsh climate of southern Arizona, and it looks as great now as when it was first received – SpaTopper^® stands up to the toughest conditions!


Does SpaTopper^® come in colors?

SpaTopper^® is available in standard colors of medium grey and medium brown - colors which will fit with any outdoor décor. Other sizes and colors are available by special order - just contact us with your needs and we'll promptly reply with a quote.
